The base path (
route_prefix) used by go-livepeer BYOC (livepeer/go-livepeer#3727) is/instead of/api. This changes the default prefix in pytrickle server to be/by default for compatibility.Tests were also updated to use the
route_prefixfrom StreamServer initialization instead of hard-coded paths
